About HJFC

Founded in 2008, Hayfield Junior Football Club has grown from a kickabout with a few dads & lads, to a club with over 130 children from 6 to 18 years old. We also offer a progression to adult/open age football.

We have five teams in the Stockport Metro Junior Football League and four in the High Peak Junior Football League, competing from under 7s to under 18s. We run a soccer school for reception and school year 1 children where the emphasis is on fun and participation.

All of our coaches are FA qualified and are trained in first aid and child protection. Every coach and volunteer has been CRB/DBS checked.

The club were awarded FA Charter Standard status in 2012 in recognition of the clubs commitment to quality coaching and child welfare. We were awarded the Charter Standard Development Club status in 2020.

If you have a child that would like to get involved or if you would like to volunteer please get in touch with our Club Secretary Bob Heaps (bobheaps@icloud.com).
